The 2008 annual Chesapeake Bayliner Owners Club (BOC) Spring Raftup will be held June 14th & 15th in the Corsica River. All makes and models are welcome, and the only requirement is a desire to have a good time and get together with new & old boating friends. Children and pets are welcome, and bring your dinghy for the annual race. For info contact: Tom (blues46@hotmail.com) Frank (frank.gibbs@verizon.net) or Ron (rocco3750@atlanticbb.net)
No, we don't receive any payola from "Rock Hall pirates," or any other pirates for that matter. If they were pirates, they wouldn't be paying for anything anyway. As for a crabbing report, I'll see if we can get you some better info on that. Thanks for your post. Chris K.
two months to reply? i would love to post or write a crabbing report for the mariner! could this be possible? please let me know because i research crabbing reports daily, and i am a regular crabber throughout the season. it would be an honor. as for the pirates, thats just what i was told.
Sorry for the delay. I'm new to blogging and we didn't have much activity initially. Still don't. I just figured out how to set up an automatic email so I know when there is activity, so my responses should be quicker. I would really like to see our blog succeed as it would provide a great source of local information. If you would like to post crabbing info on it that would be great. I could promote it in the Mariner newstand edition and possibly reprint some there.
You're docked at the MARINER magazine's public blog for boaters and anglers on the Chesapeake Bay. There's no slip fee, no noisy neighbors (unless you're near noisy neighbors), and plenty of open water to do donuts.
